The actual problem

Failed payouts stack balance while ops thinks money already hit the bank.

Do this

1. Balances → Payouts: open failed payouts; note bank error codes.
2. Update verified bank details; trigger a manual payout once verified.
3. Set Slack/email alert on payout.failed webhook.
4. Until fixed, don’t increase ad spend against “cash on hand” that hasn’t settled.
