stripe auth only payment never captured

The actual problem

Manual capture leaves authorized charges uncaptured until they expire, so “sales” never settle.

Do this

1. Payments → filter Uncaptured; capture or cancel within the auth window.
2. Alert on payment_intent.amount_capturable_updated / uncaptured aging.
3. Prefer automatic capture unless fulfillment truly requires delay.
4. Reconcile uncaptured totals before reporting revenue to ads/finance.
