1. Load checkout on mobile Safari/Chrome; confirm Payment Element fields are visible.
2. Inspect CSS overflow/z-index on the payment container.
3. Test Stripe’s appearance API with a known-good theme before custom CSS.
4. Place a $1 live test charge after any theme deploy.
