stripe link not showing at checkout

1. Checkout settings: confirm Link is enabled for the payment method config.
2. Test in a fresh browser profile (Link needs recognition/cookies).
3. Ensure custom checkout doesn’t hide the Link button with CSS.
4. Measure mobile completion 7 days before/after Link is actually visible.
