Radar or fraud add-ons quietly lift effective fee ratio above the 2.9% operators budgeted.

Do this

1. Open Stripe → Settings → Radar (or Fraud) and note which product tier is on.
2. Export balance transactions; filter Fee descriptions containing Radar / fraud.
3. Sum those fees ÷ gross for 30 days — that is the Radar drag.
4. If dispute volume is low, downgrade Radar or turn off optional rules that bill per event.
5. Re-score the CSV in Netkiln after the change so the public page matches reality.
