1. Radar → reviews: sample last 50 blocked payments for false positives.
2. Loosen rules that block your best geo/SKU without reducing fraud meaningfully.
3. Allowlist known good customers / high LTV emails where appropriate.
4. Re-check fee vs decline tradeoff after 7 days with a Netkiln CSV snapshot.
