  1. Use Meta Test Events + order count for the same hour.
  2. Remove duplicate pixel / CAPI sources (theme + app + Shopify channel).
  3. Deduplicate with event_id on browser + server events.
  4. Re-baseline ROAS for 7 days before raising budgets.
