shopify cart drawer checkout button not working

The actual problem

Ajax cart drawers break the checkout CTA after theme or app updates, especially on mobile.

Do this

1. Add to cart on mobile → tap Checkout; note if nothing happens or JS errors.
2. Disable cart apps one by one; restore theme cart if needed.
3. Provide a fallback /cart link in the drawer header.
4. Re-test top paid SKUs before turning ads back up.
