Do this

1. PageSpeed mobile on the top 3 ad landing PDPs; note LCP element.
2. Compress hero media; defer below-fold apps/scripts.
3. Remove non-essential apps from the paid landing template.
4. Only raise budgets after mobile LCP is acceptable on 4G.
