The actual problem

PDP defaults to a sold-out variant so ATC fails until the shopper notices a different option.

Do this

1. Open top PDPs; confirm default selected variant is purchasable.
2. Theme logic: auto-select first available variant.
3. Hide or disable OOS variant pills clearly on mobile.
4. Re-test after inventory syncs from multi-location.
