shopify multi location inventory overselling

The actual problem

Multi-location inventory shows available while the fulfilling location is empty, causing cancels.

Do this

1. Orders → check which location fulfills vs where inventory actually sits.
2. Align routing rules; block checkout when fulfillable quantity is 0.
3. Sync ads/feeds to location-aware availability if you use Markets.
4. Re-test top SKUs after any location transfer.
