shopify pos inventory not syncing online store

The actual problem

POS sells units the online store still shows available, causing oversells on ads.

Do this

1. Compare POS location qty vs online for top SKUs after a busy hour.
2. Force inventory sync; check location routing for online orders.
3. Pause ads for SKUs with known desync until corrected.
4. Re-test ATC on those PDPs after sync.
